My Go-To Summer Cocktail : St. Germain Spritz Recipe

It’s summer and with the worst of the pandemic behind us, I can most likely be found on a rooftop with a St.Germain Spritz in hand on any given Friday! Light, refreshing, with a subtle hint of elderflower, and crisp sweet taste of Processco, it’s the perfect cocktail for summer. With only 4 simple ingredients, including the ice and the garnish, this drink is super easy to make and great to have in your repertoire when hosting summer get-togethers.

Ingredients

4 ounces dry Prosecco or other sparkling white wine

1 1/2 ounces St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)

Club soda

Fresh lavender/mint/lemon

How to make a St Germain spritz

  • Pour 1 1/2 ounces St-Germain (elderflower liqueur) over ice

  • Top off with 4 ounces dry Prosecco or other sparkling white wine into an ice-filled large wine or rocks glass.
