Fall Trend: Velvet for Home & Fashion

And just like that, it's fall! If you’re anything like me, the changing of seasons means a new color palette, experimenting with textures, and .. well do you need another reason to shop?! Lately, I feel like everywhere I look, whether I'm out and about or scrolling through the latest style and home blogs and/or Instagram, velvet seems to be having quite the moment. To me, it makes perfect sense because when I think of fall, I think warm, rich, bold, and cozy, all the things that come to mind when I think of velvet. What I really love is, how creative designers have gotten, this year. It seems like they've left no stone unturned with stores having a plethora of offerings outside of the usual velvet dress, skirt, or blazer. From accessories to furniture, to even the rare unicorn that is a velvet record player, there's a touch of velvet for everyone!
